We just missed the ice storms, but when we drove through Illinois, we could see the thousands of icicles on the fences along the Interstate.

I love these photos. Now that I live somewhere warm, I really miss scenes like this. I know it makes the roads a mess, but to walk around in such beauty made it all worth it.
Reminds me of Blackberry Ridge last month! I was walking on the gulf shore at Marco Island yesterday. Friends staying there for their anniversary and invited us over for the day…80 degrees, water like glass. Sorry…just had to rub it in 🙂
