    • LOL Shelley. I think the Spanish have a very cool outlook on life and love the culture, especially the way food is such an important part of daily social life.

  1. An appetizer is a small first course of an overall meal. Common examples include: shrimp cocktail, calamari, salad, potato skins, mussels, bruschetta or cheese and crackers. An appetizer may also be very elegant in some restaurants.

  2. One sure fire way to find appetizers that will get the job done is to use copycat restaurant recipes. These recipes have been developed by skilled chefs that mimic some of the best entrees, appetizers and desserts from America’s most popular restaurants.

  3. That looks amazing! Love the colour with the peppers and the silver streak of fish. I just finished a brilliant trip to San Sebastian in Spain and this photo takes me back to the pintxos bars and lively atmosphere that make Spain so fun to visit.
