“The Shift” is a movie in the making that features Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Deepak Chopra, Afghan Human/Women’s Rights Activist Fatima Gailini, Indian Youth Activist Anand Shah, Marianne Williamson and others. Reminiscent of earlier movies like “What the Bleep Do We Know” and “The Secret,” it sets forth the following proposition:
“Millions of individuals, organizations and corporations around the world are waking up and embracing a new outlook with an emphasis on their responsibility to contribute positively to our collective future. We are in the middle of the biggest social transformation in human history, THE SHIFT. At this critical point, it is imperative we make the masses aware of this global movement quickly. This evolutionary phenomenon is broader and deeper than the most visible SHIFT, the environmental movement. It involves our very understanding of who we are as human beings, and our responsibility to the world and to life itself. THE SHIFT film raises awareness to the story of our roles in an evolutionary shift in our collective consciousness.”
Watch the film’s trailer, below and ask yourself, ‘Can I feel the shift?”
If you CAN feel the shift, you are among the 31% of the planet’s population that feels the same way you do.
The film, which is sponsored by the non-profit International Documentary Association, is currently seeking donations in order to complete production. In addition to providing the ordinary person with an opportunity to participate in the making of a film that has the potential to wake up millions of people at this critical point in our evolutionary story, every dollar donated will be matched dollar for dollar from the profits of the film (targeted for a 2009 release) and donated back to the individuals and organizations supporting this movement.
