  1. We have spent the last few years on holiday in Old Sozopol. The houses and atmosphere in the old town is lovely and unique. There are houses which have been upgraded and those which have not, which lends itself to an ambience of what it was like in days gone by and what can be achieved by a bit of updating. This part of Bulgaria is truly inspiring, and makes an adventure into a world gone by. It is good to see that part of it remains for all to see and what it must have been like to live there in years gone by. God bless those who live there and may it long remain intact.

    • Hi Nigel: Sorry for my late reply. For some reason your comment was sent to the trash, and I just now found it. Sozopol is one of the places on earth that I love the most. It’s a wonderful town, with friendly, welcoming residents and stunning scenery. One of these days, I will definitely return…
