Now that is one very cool photo. When I began driving gas was $.35/gallon at our local Texaco. “From Maine to Mexico” as their song went. Thanks, Barbara!
You’re welcome, Morgan! I can remember sitting on my grandparents stoop in South Chicago. Their house was kitty-corner from a gas station, and I vividly remember it saying 29 cents per gallon. Hard to believe.
