Hello everybody! I just want to say that there is nothing traditional in this woman outfit. I`m Bulgarian and if you are interested in Bulgarian traditional costumes you can find some here: http://bulgariatravel.org/data/doc/ENG_39-Tradicionni_nosii.pdf
Hi John: I don’t quite understand. The picture you commented about is a sheperdess. Perhaps you were referring to the one about making Rakia? If so, yes, it was taken earlier, in October, I believe. The stories and daily photos on my blog run behind my actual location because it’s hard to write content when I’m traveling, as it takes a lot of research and editing to produce content, so I have to wait until I stop somewhere with good wifi.

Again, I am in awe of your photos. So natural, so right
Thank you so much Contented Traveller. High praise indeed made my day 🙂
Are they harvesting grapes in January or was the picture taken much earlier? I’m confused.
