Wow! I thought New York is just a place where there are bright lights and big party domes. With the photo you posted, I was amazed because I could also travel to New York without the need to shop with my daughters and attend parties with my husband but I can also experience the pleasure of nature where I get to relax and enjoy the beauty of it. Thank you for sharing this post.
April, SO much of New York is beautiful countryside. It’s a shame that people only associate it with the Big Apple, but hopefully my series on upstate NY will change some opinions, like it did yours. Thanks for the comment.
You are some kind of photographer, lady! Makes me long for the cool(er) summers up north!
Thank you Bea! Warms my heart on this cold winter day.
Really pretty water shots – can I hear the mosquitos buzzing?
Amazingly, Heather, there were very few mosquitoes!
What a magic place. I have really enjoyed your series on the Adirondacks.
Thanks Mark – I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
Barbara, some of these photos you’ve been posting are just great! I hope you’re finding a way of selling them. This one belongs on a calendar.
Thanks so much Libbie. I’ve often thought about selling my photos and will probably find a way to start doing that someday soon. But it’s so nice to hear you’re enjoying them!
