Marvelous shot. I remember seeing a tv program called “Flight of the Condor” (I think because now I’ve written that it seems like it was the title of a movie). It was one of those wonderful BBC nature programs and ‘followed’ a condor’s flight all along the coasts of the Americas. Truly a program to stoke one’s wanderlust!
I was really, really fortunate to see a condor, Linda. I arrived there as the condors were almost all gone (they migrate toward the coast/ocean during our winter months). I was just in the right place at the same time, with telephoto at the ready. They are an awesome sight to behold.
