The city of changed greatly since I was there with the United States Army Thailand, 51st Engineer Company building what later became the Friendship HighWay in the N.E.
Have you covered Bangkok, as I am look for a means to depict the city as a future destination site for families. Now the city has a bad reputation as a result of the sin – city quarter.
Hi Roger. I’ve been to Bangkok many times and have written fairly extensively. You can read my stories and see my photos/videos here: https://holeinthedonut.com/tag/bangkok.
It’s a really precious little temple Agness, but one of about 36 in the old walled portion of the city alone. You could spend a month in Chiang Mai and still not see them all.
Love this photo!
Thank you Lillie – it is a precious little temple.
That is beautiful. Don’t remember seeing that when I was in Chiang Mai.
Hi China Matt: It’s tucked away in a side street; I think a lot of people miss it.
Splendid photo! Love the colours and the light!
Beautiful.
Thanks Dan – I think this is one of my favorite temples in Chiang Mai.
