Phnom Penh streets are a hodge-podge of rickshaws, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians as Cambodians flock to the market each morning to buy fresh food to prepare the day’s meals. But nothing or no one moves very fast in Phnom Penh, so it’s easy to wind through the traffic on foot.
