Wow, it does look similar to our bridge in Sydney. Some also say that Hells Bridge in New York (http://wirednewyork.com/bridges/hell_gate_bridge/) is the basis of Sydney Harbour Bridge but an English bridge makes more sense given that much of Australia’s early architecture came from the British. I also believe that most of the steel used in the Harbour Bridge came from England. I love the photo against the beautiful sandstone buildings.
