About Barbara Weibel

Barbara Weibel After years of working 70 hours a week at jobs I detested, I felt like the proverbial "hole in the donut" - solid on the outside, but empty on the inside. Searching for meaning in my life, I abandoned my successful but unsatisfying career and set out on a six-month solo backpacking trip around the world to pursue my true passions of travel, writing, and photography. My blog features stories about the destinations I visit, people I meet, the crazy things...Read more here....

    Hi  Barbara:

I found you on Twitter (we follow each other), I checked out your Web site and I would like to offer you an opportunity to be an Adventure Travel Mentor on my Web site. I’m contacting you this way because I couldn’t find a direct email address for you.

First, let me be clear… I’m not selling anything here.

The basic idea is that you would write an article about your tips on getting to know other cultures, you tell something about yourself and what your Web site has to offer in an attribution at the end of the article. Then I’ll give you a live link to your Web site for those interested in learning more about you.

This is similar to an article directory, but you get in front of a highly targeted group of adventure travelers instead of a broad general audience.

My goal is simply to offer my readers expert advice from people who know what they’re talking about… adventure travel mentors. People like you.

In return, you get a link to your Web site from the article, the status as a mentor on my site, and you can share that page as a testimony and recognition as an expert with your clients/prospects/readers.

You can check out my Web site via the link below if you’re interested.

    http://www.adventuretravelmentor.com/index.html

Please reply and let me know whether you’re interested, or not. If so, I’ll let you know what the next step will be. It’s a quick and easy process.

I look forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
