  1. Are “alcohol and cigarettes” the same in both languages? What a wonderful photo. That remarkable wooden house above the modern coco-cola cases, really make this one interesting.

    • Interesting thought Rhonda. Alcohol and cigarettes are two words that are almost universally understood, and I find that they are similar in many languages, with small differences in the way they are spelled/pronounced. Plus, so many English words are used around the world!
