  1. This is strong stuff, especially in Poznan – really like it. Until reading the comments, I assumed that the knitwear was part of the original sculpture. That random people may have left their sweaters on some of the bodies is even more exciting – yes – people interacting with the art.

I really appreciate your eye, Barbara, and your take on things. Thanks for sharing your multiple talents with us.

    In Peace,

  2. interesting……..will look this up, have been travelling with you in spirit and enjoying your journey. Off to Turkey in a month, very excited. Heather, wondering what camera you use……great clarity always. I’m reluctant to get the digital SLR as you have to change lenses beyond 55mm and by then the ‘moment’ is lost. What works for you? trixie

    • Hi Trixie: You’ve addressed Heather with your camera question, so not sure if you intended to ask me, but if so I use a Canon DSLR, but use the 10-22mm super wide angle lens as my walk-around.

      • Hi Barbara, thanks for the camera info……I DID mean you…….don’t know how Heather got in there. Maybe cause I’m doing 3 coursera courses on line at the same time and its a bit overwhelming. Again, thanks for that, yep, I also have a Canon, but not DSLR……which model do you have and I gather that using the wide angle is the best defense, your images are wonderful. I’d be proud. Its not that the 200 zoom is used that often but now and then, its been amazing. One pic I’m thrilled with is a vulture extremely far away, almost invisible to my eyesight, on top of a dome near Chennai, got the overall temple and then a sharp, clear close up of the vulture. Another shot in Oz……oh my, photographed an eagle soaring, could barely see it, took about 8 shots crossing the sky. When I looked at the image I discovered that it had a penguin in its beak. So sad. So…..I’m torn. Trixie

        • Hi Trixie: I thought you probably meant me. I use the Canon EOS Rebel T3i. Not a top of the line DSLR, by any means, but it gets the job done. And in my experience the body is not nearly as important as the lenses, so that’s where I put my money. However, I am thinking of switching to one lens that will do most everything, as I’m getting to the point in life where it’s difficult to carry all the weight, and the 24-200 is high on my list of lenses to check out.
