Hi Mike: Spent 9 days in Cuenca, hooked up with the American and Canadian expat community and even had Thanksgiving in the home of one American expat. And I have to say that Tiestos was the best meal I’ve ever had, bar none, in my entire life!
I wish my town had squares like this.
