What a wonderful way to slow down and enjoy such a beautiful park; minus the snake of course!In Vietnam they would have just picked up the snake, and cooked it up for dinner! I would have ran the other way if I were you!

Living within an hour or so distance of it, I’ve been meaning to visit Bok Tower for several years now, especially since I loved the carillon tower at the University of Chicago, which I used to go listen to on a regular basis when I lived there in the 90s. You’ve inspired me to finally make the trip this weekend as part of my “staycation,” to salvage what I can of my canceled annual trip to the NC mtns for budget reasons.
